1. What’s the process? Register your interest with us and our site engineer will visit the site. Once the Eligibility Criteria is met, the terms are freezed and commercial is cleared, we install the product within 48 hours. Thereafter you need to ensure only upfront monthly payments.
2. Can I discontinue from the lock-in period? Yes, you can but for the remaining tenure/value, we will charge a 20% fee
3. Besides rent what are the other costs that I incur thereafter? You will need to ensure 15A power supply to the board’s location one time and thereafter will be the running power bills towards lighting that up. Besides incase of any severe damage to the product/s within the assigned tenure, the cost will be recovered as per actual product value
4. What if the screen is not functional within my subscribed tenure? Incase of any technical fault in our product, we ensure prompt repairing services. Incase the screen remains closed for more than 24 hours of logging the complaint, we deduct that amount on pro-rata basis by day its not functional from your next month bill
5. Why a subscription and not financing? Subscriptions are pocket friendly compared to getting them financed on interest. Also our subscription includes video services which becomes an additional cost incase you buy the screen hardware. Also, incase you still prefer to own it, their lies the risk of obsoleteness and the headaches to finding a buyer during re-sell.
